Default The 5.0 COYOTE project

Hey all,
I am sure most of you know my secret project with the Cobra. Between the dates of Nov 22 to Nov 30 Dan Fucking Roberts will be in Lubbock Texas once again. I know hard to believe but please donít get too excited I will be confined to a shop working all day and night on a project I didn't ever think was possible. I have purchase a 5.0 coyote crate motor, control pack, a built tranny, and supporting mods. Couldn't have got this plan all together without the help of a few good friends (Thanks Adam and Gordon.) Will be fun to be able to cruise with yall once again the Cobra has sat in a barn since I joined the Navy three years ago. Itís going to be fun any incite on the build is welcome please post your opinions and knowledge. Itís not a journey itís an adventure. Can't wait to be there.

Progress has been made. Its all installed, finishing up wiring in the morning, working on a few small snags then waiting for the final pieces to arrive. Still need alternator kit, fuel system, exhaust modification to clear trans mount, steering shaft mod BC its to short, a new slip yoke and the CAI kit.
